What we collect

When you fill out a form or book a call, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, business name, trade, city, website and any message or answers you provide. We also record the page you first arrived on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), so we know how you found us.

Our hosting provider processes standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. If spam protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser signals to tell people from bots.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare your website audit, schedule and run your consultation, and send related follow-up about your project. We may look up publicly available information about your business, such as your website, Google listing and state license records, to prepare for our conversation.

We do not sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Cookies and local storage

We store a small record in your browser's local storage of how you first reached the site, so a later form submission can tell us. We do not use advertising cookies.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored with our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, and in our email. We keep them as long as needed to work with you, and delete them on request.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email contact@aquiladyne.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Next step

Let's see what your site is costing you.

A 30-minute call. We'll look at your website, your Google listing and two competitors before we talk, and show you exactly where the calls are leaking.
