Process

You run jobs. We run the website.

Building a website shouldn't become a second job. Here's exactly what happens, how long it takes and what we need from you, which is about two hours across the whole project.

  1. 0130 minutes

    Free call & audit

Before the call we run your site through speed, mobile and SEO checks and look at who ranks in your area. On the call we walk through what we found and what we'd change. You leave with the audit whether you hire us or not.

  2. 022–3 days

    Plan & proposal

We send a written plan: the pages we'll build, the services and cities they target, integrations, a launch date and a fixed price. No hourly billing and no surprises.

  3. 03Week 1

    Interview & content

We interview you about your services, area, crew and what makes you different, then write the copy ourselves. If you have job photos we use them; if not, we plan a simple shoot list your techs can do on their phones.

  4. 04Weeks 2–4

    Design & build

You see the homepage design first, then the full site on a private preview link. You can comment directly on the pages. We build for phones first and test on real devices and slow connections.

  5. 05Launch week

    Launch & local SEO

We move your domain without losing old rankings, set up call and form tracking, submit the site to Google and tune your Google Business Profile and key directory listings.

  6. 06Every month

    Care & reporting

Your care plan covers hosting, security, backups and small edits. Each month you get a short report on calls, form leads and rankings, and what we're doing next.

What we need from you

About two hours, total.

  • A 30-minute intro call
  • A one-hour interview about your services, area and crew
  • Your logo, license number and any job photos you have
  • Access to your domain and Google Business Profile (we'll walk you through it)
  • Comments on the design and a final sign-off

Next step

Let's see what your site is costing you.

A 30-minute call. We'll look at your website, your Google listing and two competitors before we talk, and show you exactly where the calls are leaking.
